567k Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 567k platform, including the website at 567k.onl, the Android application, and any Progressive Web App (PWA) version made available for iOS devices. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

567k is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, virtual sports, slots and crash games. All services are offered for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users. The platform operates with PKR as its native currency and supports payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and cards.

These terms should be read alongside the 567k Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with the platform. If any part of these terms is unclear, contact the 567k support team before registering.

To register and use 567k, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 567k does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee of 567k or an immediate family member of a 567k employee.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not be subject to any restriction that would make your use of 567k unlawful in your jurisdiction.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 567k. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

567k reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid national identity document, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension.

Your 567k account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. 567k will treat any action taken using your login details as having been performed by you unless you have previously notified us of unauthorised access.

You must notify the 567k support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone other than yourself, or if you believe your password has been compromised. You should use a unique, strong password and not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 567k complies with any rules applicable to you. 567k does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm whether access from any particular location is permissible for any individual user.

567k accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and payment cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There are no deposit fees charged by 567k.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party account — for example, a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in immediate return of funds and account suspension.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your 567k balance within seconds to two minutes.
• Raast transfers generally complete within a few minutes.
• Bank transfers may take between one and three banking hours.
• Card deposits are subject to your card issuer's processing times.

If a deposit does not appear in your balance after the expected processing time, do not attempt the same deposit again before contacting support. Duplicate deposits resulting from repeated attempts are treated as separate transactions and may not be automatically reversed.

Withdrawals from 567k are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. 567k does not charge any fees on withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: 5 to 30 minutes under normal conditions.
• Raast: Typically within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Card withdrawals: 1 to 5 business days.

567k reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, or confirmation of the source of funds. Withdrawal requests remain pending until any required verification is completed.

If a withdrawal request is made while a promotional balance remains active with an incomplete wagering requirement, the withdrawal may be declined until the wagering requirement is met, or the bonus balance may be forfeited at your request to enable the withdrawal to proceed.

567k offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

General bonus conditions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per device, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Unused bonus balances expire at the end of this period without replacement.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The contribution rate of different game types toward wagering requirements is specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Sports betting bets placed with bonus funds must meet the minimum odds requirements stated in the relevant offer. Bets placed on restricted markets or at odds below the minimum do not count toward wagering.
• Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate to wagering requirements than slots — refer to each offer's terms for the specific contribution percentages.
• 567k reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings derived from it if it determines the bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, in breach of these terms, or through exploitation of an error.

All bets placed on 567k are subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules that apply to individual markets. By placing a bet you confirm you understand and accept these rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once a unique reference number has been issued to you. Bets that do not receive a reference number — due to technical error, session timeout or connectivity issues — should be treated as not placed until confirmed.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds at which it will be settled, regardless of any movement after acceptance.
• In-play betting: In-play markets close and open dynamically during live events. 567k is not responsible for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension during key moments such as wicket falls, goals or video reviews.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or if there is a manifest error in the offered price. Void bets are returned to your available balance.
• Cash-out: Where cash-out is available, the offered cash-out value is calculated at the time of the request. The final cash-out amount may differ from the displayed estimate if the request coincides with a market suspension or rapid odds movement.
• Maximum payouts: A maximum payout limit applies per single bet and per event. This limit is communicated in the bet placement interface and will be displayed if your potential return exceeds it.

567k reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict market access, or decline bets for individual accounts where patterns of play indicate professional or syndicated betting activity.

567k's Game Lobby and Live Casino operate using software and live studio feeds provided by certified third-party providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe. All software-based games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested for fairness.

Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in physical studios. The outcome of all live dealer rounds is determined by physical processes — card dealing, wheel spinning, or dice rolling — captured on live video stream. 567k does not control the live studio operations directly but requires all studio partners to maintain certification under independent testing and auditing standards.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will continue and settle automatically on the server. Your result and any winnings or losses will be recorded correctly. If a disconnection results in a bet being placed without your intention, contact support with the session details and time of the incident.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 567k platform. Accounts found to have engaged in any of the following will be suspended or permanently closed, and affected balances may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to access your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit errors in prices, software, or promotional terms.
• Engaging in match-fixing, the use of insider information, or any form of collusion with other players.
• Using the platform to launder money or process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through accounts that do not belong to you personally.
• Abusing the customer support function with false claims, harassment, or repeated bad-faith disputes.

If 567k has reasonable suspicion that any of the above has occurred, it may place a temporary hold on a player's account and associated funds while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of this investigation may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities if fraud or criminal activity is suspected.

567k is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment purposes only, intended for adult players who are gaming within their means and for fun. We offer the following tools to all registered players to help manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration before the platform prompts you to stop.
• Loss limits: Set a ceiling on how much you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent future registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for the period requested.

567k takes underage access seriously. If we become aware or have reason to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings generated before the account is verified will be withheld pending outcome.

You may close your 567k account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding withdrawal requests are settled. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon closure.

567k may close or suspend your account at its discretion if it determines you have breached these terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

In cases of closure initiated by 567k due to a terms breach, the platform reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If no breach is established, any real money balance will be returned. Bonus balances are not returned under any closure circumstances.

567k reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, 567k will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 567k platform after any update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These terms represent the full agreement between you and 567k. Where any conflict exists between these general terms and sport-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific terms take precedence in the area to which they apply.
